Tonight I pray.
For the trials we are yet to face.
For the burdens we are still to carry.
For the hope that there is tomorrow, I pray that we will always have faith.
I was fortunate to have been to the marvel that is Coron last summer with my best female friends. All the photos here were taken by Anna as she was the only to have reached the summit. Cla and I were still groggy from the night before and I have a slight thing with heights.
Today, I read of news that the cross on top of Mt. Tapyas is gone. It is one of the many losses suffered at the wake of the storm we called “Yolanda”. I have no words for tonight. Only prayers. And thoughts, and contemplations on how we can get past this. We are yet to contact my Lolo in Guiuan.
I found this on Facebook from Coron Mayor’s Office’s Page, one of my best friends, Glenn was tagged. There’s still plenty more we can do. Plenty more outlets where we can help. Let us.
