As promised, here’s the first batch of looks I tried out using the 10 shades of Avon Ultra Color Absolute Lipsticks. I made these looks based on my everyday life, whether I’m going to meetings, sites, errands, or events. The photos I chose were the ones that looked the closest to the colors I see in person as I sometimes have a hard time describing these gorgeous shades.

About the Look. I was going to visit a site and I needed a simple and fresh look for the day so I just did a fast base and my brows plus the UCA in Pink Renewal. I’m still on the fence though if the light pink shade works well with my skintone as it seems a tad too pale. I think this would look better on mestizas or maybe I’d try this again with a smokey eye.

About the Look. I had to look presentable really fast and actually did my makeup in the car. I tagged along to Fort on a last minute whim and I only managed to grab the UCA in Lovely Fuchsia and the Molten Plum eyeliner which thankfully worked well for me as their shades complement each other. I think I pulled off looking put together enough for an entire day of going around. An eyebrow pencil and blush would have worked wonders for this look though.

About the Look. This FOTD took me a while and I even contemplated a redo as I wasn’t really sure if I was right in choosing Epatant for my eye color. That particular shade of Ilusion D’Ombre veered green and I didn’t want to come across as holiday-ish. I wore this to an Asus launch event at 71 Gramercy minus the lip though as I wanted to eat. Teehee.

About the Look. Wore this out to BDJ Box Tres Chic Beauty Social. I really just wanted to focus on my lips but added the Navy eyeliner when I felt that my eyes looked tired that day as I was horribly sick the day before. I don’t know if I’m 100% pleased with this look but maybe it’s the after effect of being sick that made me look a bit unwell still.

About the Look. I honestly can’t remember where I wore this look so I’m guessing that since I cant remember, I probably must have not gone anywhere really so errands maybe? This was the last of the 10 that I used and I was hesitant at first because the shade looked a frightening shade of violet in the tube but turned to this lovely color once applied.

Smooth Plum is the best-looking color on you but Warm Berry totally wins best look overall. Ganda ng post na to, FOTDs using all the colors :Db
Thanks Tellie! 😀 talaga? Smooth Plum looks best? I thought it looked a bit too dark but now that i’m looking at it again mukhang tama ka. It sort of reminds me of Chanel Rouge Noir which i’ve been lemming for the longest time. Maybe when used with a different look it would appear better. Hmmm time for a FOTD post! 😀
